Privacy

This page explains what this website collects, why, and who to ask about it.

Visits and clicks

We count visits and button presses, such as how often the order button is pressed, with Umami. It does not use cookies or collect information that identifies you, so it runs for every visitor. Umami keeps this data for up to 6 months.

These companies may store and process information outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States.

Your bag

The jars in your bag are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. We don't receive your bag unless you check out. If analytics are switched on, we count bag actions, such as how many jars were added, without knowing who you are.

Orders

Orders are not open yet. When they are, payment will be handled by a secure checkout provider, and this page will be updated to say which one.

Who is responsible

The person responsible for personal information at Cocoa House can be reached at hello@cocoahouse.ca Sample. Write to that address to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
